Red Square’s project management and build service combines high quality design and build, with professional implementation services. It implements tried and tested working practices that lead to efficient project delivery.

We liaise with the contractor and specialist suppliers to facilitate the smooth implementation of the scheme, making sure the new interior is created on time, within budget and to the expected level of quality.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and therefore the MasterBond warranty is available to all clients using our project management and build service. more

In cases where clients wish to undertake their own project management or appoint their own suppliers we can produce relevant tender documentation in the form of a tender support package.

Project management and build services may include:

• project management - includes project set-up, implementation and control. During the project implementation we keep clients up-to-date through regular progress reporting. We undertake the preparation and management of the program, liase with the site manager, monitor workmanship, co-ordinate specialist suppliers, liaise with utilities and arrange handover inspections
• design management - working with the implementation team to ensure design integrity. Revision of any detail drawings and ongoing support
• quantity surveying - assist with materials and product procurement, carry out interim valuations as the works proceed, agree variations with yourself or your representative and prepare final accounts on completion of the works
• specialist suppliers and contractors - the appointment and management of specialist suppliers as necessary and provision of ongoing design control
• build services - providing our own build contracting team to implement your build.
