Brief London property developer Cavenham Estates appointed Red Square to completely re-design the interior of a listed mews house in London's Belgravia.

Red Square were commissioned by the client to do the following:

  • Survey interior fixtures
  • Understand restrictions - listed frontage
  • Space planning
  • Concept design
  • Specification of furnishings and styling
  • Project management

Cavenham Estates' key objectives were:

  • Increase usable floor space
  • Create a modern luxurious home
  • Introduce light into the ground floor
  • Increase the property re-sale value
